So I did my christmas shopping today. For an hour and a half! I had trouble choosing what gifts to buy but when I saw that I was running out of time it was crazy how fast I picked things out. This just proves that I work best under pressure. LOL. I’m so satisfied with what I bought and I’m pretty confident that my giftees would love the gifts. But I was still late for work though. 24 minutes late. Hmph! hahahah

I’m in love with “prince of tennis”. Hai! Hai! I keep watching it over and over and over again. LOL. I’m even watching it now as I type.

Cancer is a scary disease. It comes without warning. Without explanations. Without excuses. It can take a life in a blink. My uncle died yesterday because of that disease. He had pancreatic cancer. It was over before we even knew what hit us. It was that fast. I didn’t even get the chance to say goodbye to him. So Aku Tony, this vid is for you. Hope that your ok and happy wherever you are now. Your memory will be with us always.

Just saw a friend from high-school today. Got sooo nostalgic. Never knew how much I missed high-school. The fun, the friendships, the craziness. LOL. Instant flashback when I saw him. It was good seeing an old friend. He made me realize another thing. Although change is the only constant thing in this world, sometimes some things don’t change. He’s still the same sweet nice guy I knew back then. :)

we had pictures with just about everyone associated with david but never with david himself (dang the bodyguards that jomari ylana,the concert event producer, assigned. lol). but at least we got autographs

Sketching and anime are a few of my hobbies. And in times of boredom i often mix these two together. Here are some samples. I know. I know. These aren’t stellar but these are some of my best. So take heart. Don’t judge them too harshly. LOL

Who’d have thought i’d love it so much? I gotta thank my highschool teacher, who was also the teacher in charge for our school paper. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t be here spending time staring at this blaring screen and typing on these little keys with my fingers(I’m talking about a computer in case you didn’t get it. lol).

The story goes like this…

I applied for the artist position for the EB(eastern bulletin), our school paper. She, the teacher in charge, then told me to submit an essay about anything and everything under the sun. I thought that was weird since hey! when do artists need to write stuff down? But I did it anyway thinking.. heck! she’s the boss so *shrug*. After much hair-biting and hair-tearing suspense. Okay! Stop! That was exaggerated. Let me rephrase. After a few days of waiting with a queasy-stomach-due-to-nervousness finally passed, the newly appointed editor-in-chief told me I was part of the team! YAY! Buuuttt… AS NEWS EDITOR!!! I was like.. WHAAATTT???!! O_o I hate essays. I’m too lazy to write. yada. yada… Well complaining sure did do me a lot of good (dripping sarcasm). In the end I still did what was asked of me *sigh*. To my utter surprise I discovered that I liked it a lot (Only if I write articles using the computer. Lol. My laziness for writing stuff down still didn’t change). I’ve always been an opinionated gal(sometimes to the point of being too much? you tell me) so why not put it to good use eh? Maybe our teacher saw that. Or am i speculating too much? Anyway I gotta thank her for showing me something new to love. A salute to ya! :)
